Crispy Cheesy Fish Bake

Ingredients:

1.4 kg cod or haddock fillets, cut into 1 inch cubes
1.5 lt white sauce, prepared
575 g Cheddar cheese, grated
30 g Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning
500 g cooked pasta
250 g bread crumbs

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC, 400ºC, Gas Mark 6.

Place the fish in an ovenproof dish. Heat the white sauce and add 500g Cheddar cheese and the Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning.

Add the pasta to the fish, pour over the cheese sauce and mix well.

Top with the remaining cheese and bread crumbs and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

 

Hint:

Replace half the fish with prawns or add 250g (10oz) spinach.
